New Home Construction & Turnkey Barndominiums
Whether you’re dreaming of a traditional stick-built home or a modern barndominium, we build it on your land, to code, under one contract. Choose from our Select, Signature and Reserve collections with clear starting prices, or bring your own plan.
Why our barndominiums are different: many companies sell you a steel or post-frame shell and leave the slab, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishes to you. We build the whole thing, from site work and foundation to move-in day, as a licensed general contractor (TN #86097, BC-MU). Add a shop bay, wraparound porch or RV garage.
New home construction services include:

Need storage, a workshop, a garage or dedicated space for equipment and hobbies? We build durable, permitted structures designed around how you’ll use them, and we can pour the slab, run power and water, and finish the interior.

Commercial Buildings
Your commercial property needs to be functional, durable and built with your business in mind. Prestige Construction Group holds Tennessee contractor license #86097 with the BC-MU classification, which covers all building construction plus municipal and utility work: grading, drainage, underground piping, water and sewer, and paving.
We work closely with property owners, developers, lenders and inspectors to keep projects organized, on schedule and fully code-compliant.

Excavation and Site Work
Every strong build starts with the ground it sits on. We handle land clearing, grading, excavation, footers, driveways, drainage and utility trenching so your site is ready for construction and built to shed East Tennessee rain. Because site work and building come from the same team, there’s no finger-pointing between contractors and no waiting on another crew.
