As Vice President and Cofounder of Prestige Construction Group, Ashley is proud to be part of a company she and her husband Devin built from the ground up. Since founding PCG in 2025, Ashley has played an active role in the day-to-day operations of the business, from client relationships and project coordination to keeping the many moving parts behind the scenes running smoothly. 

Ashley believes that a successful company is built on more than quality workmanship. It is built on trust, communication, dependability, and doing what you say you will do. She takes pride in building genuine relationships with clients and being part of a company that values its reputation within the community. 

Outside of PCG, Ashley enjoys raising their three daughters and making memories with her family. Family, faith, hard work, and community are a big part of who she is, and those same values are reflected in the way she approaches both business and life.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Marshall has built his career on hard work, craftsmanship, and taking pride in every job he puts his hands on. He is experienced in operating a variety of heavy machinery and has the ability to visualize what needs to be built and turn that vision into reality. 

He has hands-on experience in building, plumbing, and electrical work, and he is always willing to take on a challenge and find a way to get the job done right. Construction isn’t just a job to him, it’s something he is passionate about. One of the most rewarding things for him is building a house from the ground up and watching it become a place where someone will create memories and call home. 

His greatest passions in life are Christ, his wife, his children, and his grandsons. He also enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors with the people he loves. He believes in putting pride into everything he does, standing behind his work, and leaving every job knowing he has done his best.

With 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Hunter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team here at PCG. Before beginning his career in construction, he spent three years working in plumbing, giving him an even broader understanding of the trades and what it takes to get the job done right. 

When he's not working, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, who are his greatest priority. Outside of family time, you'll most likely find him hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors. His dedication to his work and his family reflects the hardworking, dependable values he brings to everything he does. 

Cody is a heavy equipment operator with over half a decade of experience shaping the rolling hills of Tennessee and helping turn families' dreams into reality. 

His skills don't stop at moving dirt. Cody has continued to develop his craftsmanship in hardscaping and masonry, learning under one of the best American masons east of the Mississippi. His dedication to the trade is evident in the quality and attention to detail he brings to every project. 

Cody understands that a home is only as solid as its foundation- and that it takes someone who can see what others may overlook to get the job done right. Whether he's behind the controls or putting his craftsmanship to work, Cody is always ready to get the ball rolling.

With a passion for craftsmanship and a drive to continually grow, Shiloh brings dedication, ambition and a strong work ethic to every project he takes on. Whether he is working in a familiar trade or learning something new, he is committed to going the extra mile for his customers and his team. 

Shiloh values the opportunity to be part of the PCG family and takes pride in contributing to a work environment built on trust, hard work, and shared values. His faith, wife, and children are the most important parts of his life and serve as the foundation and motivation behind everything he does. 

Outside of work, Shiloh enjoys coaching youth athletics and spending time with his family. He is also a proud Georgia Bulldogs fan and is always ready to cheer, “Go Dawgs! Sic ’em!”
